Welcome to the Survive to Thrive Nation EAP Portal ("We", "Us", "Our"). We are a Profit for Purpose business providing an integrated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that supports individuals with access to mental health services, recovery tools, wellness programs, and personal development resources. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our EAP Portal, including but not limited to our Psychology and Counselling Services, Thriving Lives Program, Fitness and Nutrition App, Thriving Finance Program, Learning and Development courses, and any other links or tools available through the Portal. ("You" or "Your") means any individual who uses the Portal.

1. Overview of Services

1.1 The STTN EAP Portal provides access to a range of wellbeing services designed to support individuals in the workplace through prevention, early intervention, and recovery.

1.2 Our services include:

  • Self-booking access to qualified psychologists and counsellors
  • Thriving Lives Program (evidence-based personal development)
  • Fitness and Nutrition App
  • Thriving Finance Program
  • Learning and Development modules
  • Peer Mentor tools and support

1.3 Access to services may be provided through employer-funded programs, government-funded cohorts, or other sponsoring parties. We do not typically charge the end-user directly.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By using the EAP Portal, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 We may update these Terms at any time, with immediate effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility and Access

3.1 Access is granted via a secure User Profile.

3.2 You may only create one User Profile and must not share login credentials.

3.3 Your access may be funded by your employer, government agency, or third party. We do not guarantee access unless funding is confirmed.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring your physical and mental readiness for any activities suggested by our programs.

4.3 We do not provide medical advice. All tools are supplementary and should not replace professional medical guidance.

5. Booking and Use of Psychology & Counselling Services

5.1 All counselling and psychology bookings are made through the self-service portal.

5.2 Sessions are private, confidential, and held by qualified practitioners.

5.3 We aim to offer access within 5 business days; however, availability is subject to demand and practitioner capacity.

5.4 Missed appointments without notice may result in access limitations.

6. Fitness and Nutrition App

6.1 The App offers training plans, meal guides, and progress tracking.

6.2 It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

6.3 You should consult a medical professional before commencing any new fitness regime.

7. Thriving Finance Program

7.1 This includes financial literacy tools, budgeting help, and access to financial coaching where available.

7.2 We are not a financial services provider and do not offer personal financial advice.

8. Peer Mentor Program

8.1 Some users may also be offered training or interaction with Peer Mentors.

8.2 Peer Mentors are not clinicians or therapists; they provide informal, values-aligned support.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

9.1 Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 All session notes and personal data are stored securely and not shared with your employer without explicit written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content, branding, program material, and media within the EAP Portal remains the intellectual property of Survive to Thrive Nation.

10.2 You may not replicate, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We do not guarantee outcomes, and participation is at your own risk.

11.2 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from use of the Portal.

12. Termination of Access

12.1 We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms or misuses the Portal.

13. Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian law.
